About Jessica Kelliher

Hi, I’m Jessica Kelliher—a North Carolina real estate agent with deep roots across the state and a lifelong connection to the industry. Originally born in Chesapeake Bay, Virginia, I’ve called North Carolina home since 2006, having lived in communities ranging from Holly Springs and Raleigh to Pinehurst and Carolina Beach. My journey has taken me across much of the state, giving me a rich understanding of its unique towns and neighborhoods. I earned my BS in Psychology from Guilford College in 2023, and since then, I’ve been proudly based in Raleigh. Real estate runs in my blood—both my mother and grandmother were agents, and I grew up immersed in the world of contracts, closings, and creating home. Helping people find the right space and turn it into something truly personal is what drives me, and I’d love to help you do the same.
